I just got off the phone with Jason and he made everything right. i really appreciated the quick and friendly response i got from him. I'm not sure what went wrong at the dealership maybe i misunderstood them or they just didn't explain what was going on correctly but in the end everything was straightened out and I'm happy with that. i have an extended warranty with another dealership about two hours from here but I'd be more than happy to continue bringing my truck back here for the (hopefully not needed) work. Once again I appreciate the call and the actual concern. Most dealerships would not go through the trouble of contacting you back to see what they could do to make things right. So I'm changing my rating to five stars, and i look forward to coming back in the future.

Adam helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I went in looking at an older vehicle with higher miles and he was able to work with me to get me 5 years newer with a massively lower miles. Everyone at Bill Abbott was friendly and helpful, even staying until almost 7:30 just to finish paper work and complete everything that night so I wouldn't have to come back. If you're looking for a car I'd highly recommend talking with Adam!!
I went here for an electrical problem. thought no big deal my trucks still under warranty so if anything is wrong it should get billed to warranty. well it turns out my problem was just a fuse, easy fix should've been in and out relatively quick. wrong i was there for an hour and a half. That's not even the part that's the worst, after my hour and a half wait i got charged 126.50 to change a fuse. The service advisor said he had good news and bad news, good news was it was just a fuse bad news they were going to charge me $116 to change at that point it was too late. Why couldn't he have come out earlier and said that and given me the option of getting it fixed there or doing it myself? They even charged me $10.50 for shop supplies. What kind of shop supplies do you need to change a fuse? After all was said and done they still tried to sell me a $300 fuel system cleaning like they didn't just make enough of that 110 dollar fuse. You would think by the looks of this rundown old dealership they're an honest decent place. well think again because they are not i don't know where all the money goes that they make off of those 2 dollar fuses they mark up so much but its not in building upkeep. i will never go back there and i urge anyone else that thinks about going there to look elsewhere.
It was a average experience I wasn't overly impressed with the particular salesman I delt with heck I couldn't even get a free hat out of the guy, but I was happy with the deal they worked out and with my truck. I did notice a small paint chip in my brand new 2017 truck less than 20 miles and a hour after leaving and let them know about it. I was planning on buying touch up paint to have anyways but he didn't even offer to touch it up or anything. Like I said it was a average experience.
